چکیده
A bstract The Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT) is an established theoretical framework that parametrises the impact a UV theory has on low-energy observables. Such parametrization achieved by studying interactions of SM fields encapsulated within higher mass dimensional ( ≥ 5) operators. Through judicious employment tools EFTs, SMEFT become source new predictions as well platform for conducting coherent comparison physics (beyond Model) scenarios. We, first time, are proposing diagrammatic approach to establish selection criteria allowed heavy field representations corresponding each operator. We have elucidated links chain connecting specific CP conserving dimension-6 operators with unique sets representations. contact representing effective operator been unfolded into tree- and (or) one-loop-level diagrams reveal embeddings them. For case, renormalizable vertices model serve building blocks all possible diagrams. Based this, we laid groundwork construct observable-driven models. This in turn also prevents us from making redundant analyses similar While taken predominantly minimalistic approach, highlighted necessity non-minimal certain

The Cp-conserving Direction
A symmetry transformation is well defined in the case of an invariant theory, being the corresponding operator undetermined otherwise. However, we show that, even with CP violation, it is possible to determine the CP transformation by separating the Lagrangian of the Standard Model in a CP-conserving and a CP-violating part, in a unique way, making use of the empirically known quark mixing hier...
متن کاملCP conserving constraints on Supersymmetric CP violation in the MSSM
We address the following question. Take the Constrained Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (CMSSM) with the two CP violating SUSY phases different from zero, and neglect the bound coming from the electric dipole moment of the neutron (EDM): is it possible to fully account for CP violation in the kaon and B systems using only the SUSY contributions with vanishing CKM phase? We show that the B...
متن کاملStudies of CP-conserving and CP-violating Bs mixing parameters with the D0 experiment
This paper summarises the recent results of the Run IIa D0 experiment at the Tevatron Collider at Fermilab on the observable parameters of the Bs meson. A measurement of the branching fraction Br(B s → D (∗) s D (∗) s ) is reported, which provides an estimate of the width difference ∆Γ s /∆Γs. Through the decay Bs → J/ψφ the width difference ∆Γs is extracted, and for the first time a constraint...
متن کاملCP-conserving and CP-violating properties in semileptonic Bs decays with the DØ experiment
A search for CP violation has been performed in a sample of semileptonic Bs decays corresponding to approximately 5 fb−1 of data collected by the DØ detector in Run II at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. A time-dependent fit to the distributions of Bs candidates yields the flavour-specific asymmetry af s = [−1.7±9.1(stat) +1.2 −2.3(syst)]×10 −3, corresponding to the most precise measurement to d...
